What is THUNDERGAMES?

• Student teams compete in a timed obstacle course for prizes and bragging rights in our largest annual fundraiser! Think junior-level Tough Mudder, color run, and field day games all rolled into one fun event!

• Hang out in the carnival with a bungee run, inflatable axe throwing, inflatable sports competitions, video game trucks and petting zoo!

• DUNK your teachers in the dunk tank!

• DJ and music

• Food truck and concessions

• An area reserved for our future Thornton Thundercats, including an inflatable slide and games--ThunderKitten Kingdom!

 

Who can attend THUNDER GAMES?

EVERYONE! Thunder Games is a community event and open to all! The obstacle course race is reserved for registered RTMS participants only, but all are welcome to come cheer on the teams, have fun in the carnival, eat concessions, or soak RTMS teachers in the dunk tank!

Q: How many kids can be on a Thunder Games team together?
A: Students can run individually or as a team of 5

Q: When registering, do I complete payment for my child’s entire team?
A: No. You only need to pay $35 to register your child.

Q: How will you know what team my child my child is registered with?
A: You will list your child’s teammates on the registration form. We have an awesome
volunteer matching teammates with one another!
